21st (Thur) Mt. Crescent Free Ski
Night
The Omaha Ski Club
has been invited out to Mt. Crescent for a free skiing night
this Thursday starting at 4pm. We will ski until 7:30pm, and
then adjourn to the Pink Poodle Restaurant for evening dinner.
We hope to have a ski night at Crescent again in January and
February, weather permitting. To get to Crescent take I-680
across the Mormon Bridge to Iowa and continue east to the
T-intersection at Crescent, Iowa. Then turn left (north) and
follow the signs to Mt. Crescent.

2006-7 Ski Season
Trip Update
The December
Summit County trip was a big success. Ten members met on
Thursday night for a welcome party at the Moose Jaw Saloon in
beautiful downtown Frisco, CO. The four days of skiing included
clear skies every day and temperatures in the 30-40 degree
range. All in all, a perfect ski trip. The March trip to Ski
Cooper/Summit County is continuing to fill. And our FSA trip
to Heavenly, Lake Tahoe, is our big winner so far with 30+
club members already signed up. Contact our trip captains for
